Guest Policies

Arrival/Departure

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early Departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax will be charged or will follow booking policy associated with rate code.

Guarantee Policy

  • You must be age 21 or older to check in, a Valid Government photo ID is required at check in.
  • We will hold $150 per night, in addition to room & tax on your credit card upon arrival to cover incidentals.
  • Cash Payment is not accepted

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will be credited a full refund unless otherwise specified over designated special event dates.
  • Reservation cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
  • Pre-paid advance purchase reservations will not be refunded if cancelled.
  • If you do not show up for your reservation, one night’s room and tax will be charged.
  • Reservation modifications are subject to availability & rate differential.

Parking

  • Valet parking only at $65 per night; Self-parking is not available.

Smoking

  • Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping in guestrooms or suites will incur a fee of $500 per room.
